James Cottrill asked:

It’s surprisingly common – you’re exercising, everything’s fine, and then POW – a headache strikes! Or, sometimes, a headache hits while you’re exercising. Is it just a minor annoyance? Or could it be a signal that something serious is going on? Should you go to the doctor, or just shrug it off?

If you already suffer from headaches or migraine, it may just be that your exercise is starting the headache chain-reaction. In that case, it’s important to look at the overall picture and make sure you’re getting the treatment you need for headaches. Your doctor may recommend a pain killer to take just before you exercise, to stop the pain before it starts. In the case of migraine, this is called an “effort migraine”, and it’s very common. A throbbing headache in the back of your head may be an “exertion headache”, which again usually requires some pain killers and is not serious.

But after exercise headache can be a warning that something serious is going on. As a general rule of thumb, if you get a new headache after you exercise, you should see a doctor right away. Any sudden change when it comes to headache could be a sign of something serious, so don’t wait.

Some of the more serious headaches have to do with the blood vessels in the head. A headache after exercise could indicate an abnormality in the blood vessels themselves, or could warn you of a brain hemorrhage (or haemorrhage) (blood flow when blood vessels break).

If you’re exercising in the heat and begin to have sore muscles, difficulty breathing, and dizziness along with headache, you could be experiencing early signs of heat exhaustion or heat stroke. You’ll soon be past helping yourself, but friends will need to make sure your body is cooled off quickly.

Of course, everyone is afraid of brain tumours. Tumours (tumors) are very rare, so don’t panic at the first sign of headache. Unlike typical headaches, these generally get worse over the course of several weeks, and are usually worse in the morning. They get worse when you exercise, and almost always include other symptoms, such as blurred vision, unsteadiness or weakness. Again, if you get a new headache, see your doctor right away. You want to catch these things as early as possible.

Here are some other things that may tip you off that your exercise headache is very serious:

- You have injured your head in the past

- You experience paralysis or a tingling sensation

- Your neck is stiff

- You’re waking up at night with pain

- The headache isn’t going away

- You’re experiencing other symptoms elsewhere

- Any other change in symptoms

Remember, even if you have other symptoms, it may not be an immediate problem. But it’s worth it to talk to your doctor and remove all doubt. Even if it’s not a sign of another disease, dealing with the pain will help you benefit more from exercise and your relaxing time too. Your health is worth it!

muscle relaxants, soma without prescription

Ashira R asked:

Any one who has chronic pain, regardless of its physical source, feels alone and helpless. For most chronic pain sufferers there is no cure or even any effective medical treatment to relieve the suffering. Most of us turn to alternative ways to dig ourselves out of the deep dark hole chronic pain puts us in. Turning to spiritual ways to discover not only ways to cope and get through each day, but also ways to nurture ourselves and find an inner source of peace and comfort amidst the pain.

Finding a place of perpetual quiet

When a person with chronic pain searches for peace within the calamity, it is not always easy to find it. It is possible, however, with practice. Finding a place where the external noises of everyday life are hushed and allowing yourself to just be for 10 minutes a day is a start. In a household full with activity, I have found using ear plugs for my ten minutes of complete silence works wonders.

Breathing

When a healer explained what true breathing was, I was amazed at how little I knew about the simple physical act of breathing. Breathing can be a tool to move pain, negative thoughts completely from our bodies through exhaling. It can also bring positive, calming thoughts within during inhaling. Closing my eyes when a deep aching pain is troubling me, concentrating on each breath to blow out the sensation of pain and breath in the calmness does not take away the pain. It does however, enable me to cope with the pain without having the impending helplessness feeling overwhelming me.

Melodies of Nature

I never realized the effect of melodies until I began to change what I listened to. A simple melody that has helped me many days, is the melody of nature. When I am able to hear it outside from my swing, I often find myself becoming lost in the birds songs. When the weather does not permit the outdoor songs, the nature discs available now are a nice replacement. The simple melody can carry you away to a calmer place.

Laughter is Medicine for the Heart

Suffering with chronic pain is not humorous, however, the act of laughing can lift you. It can cleanse pain from us and release chemicals in the mind that natural lift our spirits. Laughter is truly a medicine for the heart and soul.

Carisoprodol Generic Soma Online

Gordon Brownlie asked:

Yeast infection treatment options include a wide range of choices that you should consider carefully.

It is a fact that yeast infection treatment is something many people deal with on their own because it is a delicate and personal topic not openly discussed by sufferers. So home remedies for yeast infection treatment are very popular and have been around for some time and are a simple and safe way to treat your yeast infection.

Yeast infections are caused by a naturally occurring fungus, known as Candida albicans.
They occur mostly in the vagina, and according to some estimates, as many as 75% of all women are likely to suffer from this condition at least once in their life. Women will mostly suffer from vaginal candidiasis while men will mostly suffer from penile yeast infections.

Yogurt

Yogurt is regarded as the best home remedy for a yeast infection because when you use it the healthy bacteria in the yogurt will replace the bad bacteria that caused the yeast infection. Yogurt contains lactobacillus acidophilus which is a good bacteria that checks the population of yeast in the body and it restores the acidic-alkaline balance of the vagina.

Yogurt does not only have to be taken internally through the mouth, but it can also be used on the organ that is affected as a douche. Yogurt can also be applied in the vagina with the help of a spatula in order to cure yeast infection.

You can also use yogurt on a tampon. What you need to do is generously coat the tampon in the yogurt. Insert the tampon before you go to bed and remove it in the morning.

Yogurt is a good product for getting rid of male yeast infection

Honey as a Yeast Infection Remedy

Honey is another good natural source for yeast infection treatment. Get a jar of the clear honey and take it to the bathroom and pour a very liberal amount into your hand.

Spread over the infected area and leave it for a little over 5 minutes. Once you have done this you should take a bath afterwards to clean up, but you will feel relief instantly. Because of the good live bacteria in the honey the yeast cannot live therefore, the infection is crowded out.

Does Garlic Work to Treat Yeast Infection

Eat a few cloves of garlic each day it’s antifungal. It’s most effective if crushed and eaten raw.

If you don’t like the idea of eating a whole garlic clove then crush it and add to a salad dressing or stir into pasta sauce. It has been recommended inserting a garlic clove wrapped in gauze into the vagina gives good results but be careful as garlic can sometimes sting.

White Vinegar for Yeast Infection

Another natural yeast infection treatment which has good results is a solution of two tablespoons of white vinegar mixed with a litre of water which used as a douche will give you results and relief almost immediately. Do this twice a day for two days. This slightly acidic solution creates an unfriendly environment for the yeast.

Tea Tree Oil

Tea tree oil has a long history of healing and is a highly effective douche as a yeast infection treatment but you must remember that it has to be diluted before applying to the body. Never apply full strength tea tree oil to the vaginal area.

What you need to do is mix one teaspoon of tea tree oil together with a teaspoon of a rubbing alcohol like isopropyl alcohol and then add ten drops of this solution to a pint of water and then use this as a douche once a day for about a week to rinse the vagina There is a word of warning here though, it is not recommended to use tea tree oil during pregnancy, and if you are pregnant it is best to consult your doctor before any treatment.

Conclusion

Yeast is a part of our body’s normal flora and yeast infections can impact on people of all ages and both sexualities. Yeast infections are fed by carbohydrates, sugars, yeast and fermented foods. So think about changing what you eat and what you drink and getting more exercise.

You should always get medical advice if your symptoms haven’t cleared up after five days of treatment.

carisoprodol online, buy carisoprodol, carisoprodol 350 mg, buy soma online

Ian Mason asked:

When Aspirin Isn’t Enough

It’s surprising how clearly we can recall getting hurt. Years later, we can recount our first fall from a too-tempting tree, a bee-sting, the birth of a child. We can even tell humorous stories about those events because the pain was transient – it passed.

But many illnesses and conditions can make pain a daily visitor, interfering with our jobs, family lives, even sleep. Even ancient people tried to relieve the devastation of chronic pain using surgeries and medicinal herbs. By the 1800s, people started using narcotics (drugs like opium) to reduce pain. Even the narcotic heroin was originally developed as a pain medication! But many narcotics were found to be addictive, to interfere with digestion and mood, and even to slow or stop breathing!

Fortunately for us, modern research has uncovered safer pain-relief drugs for chronic conditions. One of these drugs is Ultram (the generic drug Ultram contains is called tramadol). Ultram’s effect on your body is similar to the effect of narcotics and is as effective in relieving pain. But since it isn’t a narcotic, it doesn’t have as many of the side-effects which have made medical narcotic use so dangerous.

The Wonder Woman of Pain Control?

Ultram can help manage pain from many sources, just like comic-book superheroes can foil thieves, kidnappers, and polluters! Ultram can reduce pain from cancer, spinal problems (kyphosis, scoliosis), arthritis -even surgery !. Some physicians report using it to help people with severe, chronic headaches and endometriosis.

The Dark Side of Ultram

While Ultram is not a narcotic, both physicians and patients have reported cases of dependence on it. Signs of dependence (addiction) include getting tolerant to the dose (not getting the effect you used to from one pill), a continuing feeling that the dose needs to be increased, and withdrawal symptoms (sleeplessness, jitteriness, mood disorders) if you stop taking the drug. Checking in with your physician regularly while on this medication helps both of you notice any symptoms of addiction so you can stop any problems before they start!

The other effects of Ultram tend to be mild and transient. You might notice dizziness, drowsiness, stomach or intestinal distress (usually constipation). People taking Ultram are discouraged from driving – driving under it’s influence is a bit like driving after having a few drinks. Ultram requires a prescription, so while you’re talking with your doctor about using it, schedule a regular time to discuss any side-effects or difficulties you experience while on this medication.

Control the Medication – Don’t Let It Control You

How can you benefit from this drug while minimizing its risks? First, when deciding whether to start on Ultram, be candid with your physician about any dependence issues with alcohol or other drugs you’ve had. People who have struggled with other addictions may be more susceptible to Ultram dependence. Remember – your physician is on your side and telling her about your history will help her tailor pain medications to your needs!

Second, be aware that Ultram is pretty powerful stuff and treat it with respect! Any change in dose should be discussed with your doctor; mild drowsiness at one dose can become a deadly blackout in another. Never “lend” this drug to a friend, even if he’s in great pain – what works for you could be fatal for him.

Thirdly, make sure that you tell your physician about other drugs you’re taking: many drugs (including alcohol and over-the-counter medications) can enhance the effect of Ultram, making it act like you’re taking a much bigger dose.

These sound like dire warnings, but remember: by working with your physician, this drug can be a powerful tool to help you reach the active, pain-free life you were meant to have.

Carisoprodol Generic Soma Online

Cindy Heller asked:

When medications fail to adequately control allergy symptoms and avoidance of the trigger is not easy or possible, an allergist may recommend immunotherapy or “allergy shots”. This treatment consists of a series of injections containing small amounts of the substances to which a person is allergic. After a course of allergy shots, 80 to 90 percent of patients have less allergy symptoms, and in many cases their allergies have completely resolved. Allergy shots can be given for allergic rhino-conjunctivitis (nose and eyes), allergic asthma and insect sting allergies.

Are allergy shots experimental therapies?

No. Allergy shots have been given for nearly 100 years and are FDA approved therapies. Numerous well-designed medical studies show the efficacy of allergy shots.

And allergy shots do not contain steroids, which can have adverse long-term side effects.

How do allergy shots work?

Unlike allergy medicines, which act only to “cover up” allergic symptoms or prevent them temporarily, allergy shots fix the underlying problem of allergies. This occurs because the body treats the injection much like a vaccine, resulting in the production of infection-fighting antibodies against the pollen, dust, mold or pet dander. The body then stops producing as much allergic antibodies against the triggers, and therefore won’t have as much, or any, allergic response when exposed to the allergens. These changes can last for many years even after stopping allergy shots. Recent studies show that allergy shots can also prevent people from developing new allergies, and reduce the risk of developing asthma in children with nasal allergies.

How are allergy shots given?

The method of immunotherapy consists of starting at a small dose that will not cause an allergic reaction, with slowly advancing the dosage until the person becomes tolerant to large amounts of the extract. These injections are initially given once to twice a week until a maintenance, or constant dose, is achieved. This usually takes approximately 3 to 6 months. Once the maintenance dosage is reached, the allergic symptoms are largely resolved in most patients. Thereafter, the injections are given every two to four weeks.

How long must I take allergy shots?

Therapy is continued for 3 to 5 years total, after which the patient continues to get benefit for another 5 to 10 years or longer, even after the shots are stopped. If the shots are stopped prior to a total of 3 years, the allergic symptoms typically return more quickly.

What are the risks of allergy shots?

The risks of immunotherapy consist of the possibility of experiencing an allergic reaction to the allergy shot. Most allergic reactions consist of mild to moderate swelling and itching at the site of the injection. These reactions occur frequently, but rarely require any change in treatment. A large swelling may require an adjustment of the immunotherapy dosage or a change in the frequency and amount of the shots.

Less commonly patients experience whole-body allergic reactions, sometimes called “anaphylaxis”. Most of these reactions are mild and consist of itching of the skin, hives, or runny nose. Others are more severe and can present as cough, chest tightness, wheezing, throat tightness, shock and rarely can be life-threatening.

For this reason, it is normally required that patients remain in the physician’s office for 20 to 30 minutes after the injection since most reactions occur during this time. These reactions are typically easily reversed with medicines such as injectable epinephrine and anti-histamines.

Should I take allergy shots?

Obviously, this is a question that only you and your doctor can answer. There are many reasons to consider allergy shots:

- Medicines don’t work: Many patients go to the allergist because they still have symptoms despite having tried numerous allergy medications, with little to no relief of their symptoms. Sometimes allergy shots are the only therapy left for these patients.

- Go for the cure: Other patients like the idea of a “cure”, and opt for allergy shots for that reason. Remember, immunotherapy is the only treatment for allergies that fixes the underlying problem of the immune system, much like a vaccine.

- Don’t like medicines: Some patients experience severe side effects from medications, or don’t like taking medications on a daily basis – the idea of a “once a month shot” is a better option for them.

- Cost of medicines: Medications can be expensive, and since allergy symptoms typically return soon after medications are stopped, patients may require medications for many, many years. Allergy shots can alleviate much of the need for medications and can be a significant cost savings measure in the long run.

soma carisoprodol buy carisoprodol, carisoprodol 350 mg, buy soma online

Yury Bayarski asked:

Muscle relaxants are effective in the management of low back pain. However, the side effects require that they should be used with caution.

Cyclobenzaprine hydrochloride has the most recent and largest clinical trials demonstrating its benefit, but carisoprodol, diazepam and metaxalone also appear to be effective.

In 1989 researches compared the effectiveness of cyclobenzaprine (Flexeril) alone with diflunisal (Dolobid), placebo, and a combination of cyclobenzaprine and diflunisal in the treatment of acute low back pain and spasm. During the ten-day study period, the combined treatment group demonstrated significantly superior improvements in global ratings on day four, but not on day two or seven. This study suggested some effectiveness of combined analgesic and muscle relaxant therapy when utilized early in the initial week of pain onset.

Another study compared the effects of combined cyclobenzaprine and naproxen (Naprosyn) with naproxen alone and also found combination therapy to be superior in reducing tenderness, spasm, and range of motion in patients with low back pain and spasm.

Cyclobenzaprine and carisoprodol were compared in the treatment of patients with acute thoracolumbar pain and spasm rated moderate to severe and of no longer than seven days duration. Both drugs were effective, without significant differences between the treatment groups. Significant improvements were noted in physician rated mobility and in patients’ visual analogue scores on follow up days four and eight. While 60% of patients experienced side effects in the form of drowsiness or fatigue, these differences were not significantly different between treatment groups and only eight percent of patients from each group discontinued treatment.

In an attempt to determine the mechanism of action of carisoprodol in the treatment of low back pain, a study was carried out comparing its effectiveness to that of a sedative medication butabarbital, and a placebo. Carisoprodol was significantly more effective in providing both pain relief and improvements in range of motion. The results of this study suggest that the effects of carisoprodol are not secondary to its sedative effects alone. In addition to the skeletal muscle-relaxing effects, carisoprodol also produces weak anticholinergic, antipyretic, and analgesic effects.

In an earlier study, diazepam (Valium) was found to offer no significant subjective or objective benefit, when compared to placebo, in patients treated for low back pain. Carisoprodol (Soma) was found to be superior to diazepam in the treatment of patients with “at least moderately severe” low back pain and spasm of no longer than seven days duration. In this study, the overall incidence of adverse reactions was higher in the diazepam treated group but was not of statistical significance.

online pharmacy tramadol, Tramadol without prescription

Jodi M. asked:

Having a strong immune system is vital to maintaining health and avoiding sickness. But how can you boost your immunity without taking a bunch of pills, injections, or medications? Answer: drink your immune booster!

There are many ingredients in an immune boosting drink that will make it work properly. Vitamin C is a must-have. Natural vitamin C rich fruits are guava, papaya, strawberries, kiwi, and, of course, oranges. Vitamin C increases white blood cell and anti-body production. Another great immune boosting ingredient to look for in your drink is vitamin E. Vitamin E can be found in most seeds, vegetable oils, and grains, but it’s hard to get more than about 60 mg a day from normal foods. Vitamin E stimulates B-cell and natural killer cell production. Some other valuable things to look for are: beta carotene (apricots, prunes, grapefruit), bioflavenoids (found in most fruits and vegetables), zinc, selenium, and omega 3 fatty acids.

So what drinks can you get and trust to have strong immune health properties? You can find normal fruit juices easily in most stores. Look for guava, papaya, strawberry, kiwi, orange, prune, and grapefruit juices. Engineered health drink products can also be found online, such as Pharmanex G3 juice, Xango juice, and Liquid Health immune boost. These kinds of drinks usually contain more immune system vitamins than normal fruit juices. Pharmanex G3 has 100% of the daily value for vitamin C, as well as a healthy amount of vitamin A. Xango juice doesn’t specify their daily amounts, but it does contain blueberry and strawberry juices, which are both helpful for the immune system.

Liquid Health is produced specifically as an immune booster. Liquid Health contains large amounts of Ester C, zinc, and copper, as well as other natural ingredients, which are known immune boosters. One drawback is that they have 834% of the daily value for vitamin C, most of which will be expelled instead of being used by the body.

There are many ways to boost your immune health using drinks. However, another point to consider, of course, is the flavor! Most people don’t keep drinking something they don’t like. So make sure to take that into consideration when choosing your immune drink.

Michael Russell asked:

The body’s immune system is our first and major line of defense against diseases and invading germs. It is comparable to soldiers stationed at the borders of a country, always ready to defend against any form of attack. The body’s immune system has the intelligence to differentiate between the normal body cells and foreign/invading cells. It can trigger off a local or widespread alarm response or attack against invading microbes. It can also keep memories of these offending cells, so that it can repel them if they ever show up next time. The body’s immune system works like a perfectly set up machine. However, it does have its shortcomings. There may be times when, for some reason, it breaks down and leaves the body at the mercy of invading microbes. There could also be times when the ability to differentiate between body cells and foreign cells goes sour and the immune system will turn its arsenal of attack against normal healthy body cells it is suppose to protect, causing damage to the body system.

The immune system plays a vital role in normal body functioning and the reproductive system is not excluded. Several cells of the immune system help in the reproductive process. For example, some inflammatory cells and their secretory products are important in ovulation and in the preparation of the endometrium of the uterus for the implantation of the fertilized egg. It is therefore not surprising to learn that any dysfunction of the immune system would interfere with the normal reproductive process and by extension, fertility.

As a matter of fact, it is estimated that up to 20% of otherwise ‘unexplained’ infertility in couples have an immune factor involved. There is not so much scientific evidence to link immune factors to infertility; however, there is a solid scientific evidence to implicate the formation of antibodies against sperm cells as an important infertility factor.

Normally, the sperm cells are protected from the reach of the immune system by tight connections between the cells lining the male reproductive tract, a natural protective mechanism known as the ‘Blood Testes barrier’. This protects the testes from having any contact whatsoever with the blood, where the majority of immune cells are housed. Any injury or condition that compromises this barrier gives the immune cells access to the sperm cells. The immune system, not familiar with these sperm cells, because of the barrier separating them, treats the sperm cells as foreign cells and anti sperm antibodies may be formed.

Anti sperm antibodies tend to be commoner in infertile men. Almost 10% of all infertile men have anti sperm antibodies compared to about 1% of fertile men.

The most profound risk factor happens to be surgery on the reproductive tract. Nearly 70% of all men who have undergone a vasectomy reversal would have anti sperm antibodies present on their sperm. Other factors that may also contribute to this condition include:

- Varicocele or dilation of the veins surrounding the spermatic cord

- Testicular torsion or twisting of the testicle

- Undescended testes

- Cancer of the testes

- Infections like prostatitis

- Inguinal hernia surgical repair, especially before puberty.

It is amazing to note, however, that several men with anti sperm antibodies have none of these conditions. This shows that every man with fertility problems is at risk of this condition, especially when no other reason has been diagnosed for the infertility.

Women also stand a risk of anti sperm antibodies. It is believed that about 5% of women with fertility problems could have these antibodies. What is not clear is who is at risk for their formation. Fortunately, intra uterine insemination, which involved placing ‘treated sperm cells’ into the uterine cavity of a woman, has not been shown to cause the formation of anti sperm antibodies.

The immune system has also been found to affect the ability to carry pregnancy in some women. In women with recurrent pregnancy loss, there is a group of antibodies that appear to attack an early developing pregnancy, resulting in either a miscarriage or severe preeclampsia with risk of intrauterine growth retardation or even foetal death. These antibodies are collectively called anti phospholipid antibodies and testing for them should be an integral part of the work up for recurrent pregnancy loss. It is still unclear if these antibodies affect the ability to get pregnant, but some physicians are of the opinion that the presence of these antibodies may decrease the chances for pregnancy through an invitro fertilization.

There are still several controversial areas as regards immunological factors and infertility. However, what is clear is that the immune system really does affect your fertility when things go wrong.

online pharmacy tramadol, Tramadol without prescription

Roxana Kusuma asked:

Systemic yeast infection and rush or candida is extremely difficult to detect and kill. It is the unknown cause of many disease nowadays, mainly due to antibiotics. There is relatively a new brunch of medical science dedicated to study the chronic yeast infections and its implications on the health . It is discovering that systemic yeast infection is the main root and a host of medical problems, as chronic fatigue, chronic infections, allergies and many more others. Also, the intestinal yeast infections are the source of recurrent yeast infection conditions such as vaginal yeast infection and dandruff.

Nowadays there are almost 80%-90% of the population who suffers on one stage of their life of yeast infection(women, men and children). One of the reason so many people get it is not only the easiness of growing of the yeast infection bacteria called and fungus, but also because is very misleading on diagnosing it right. Most of the time the doctor will tells you that you suffer from different types of diseases , without knowing for sure the real cause of them. And most of the time the infection with yeast is that can cause diseases as: arthritis, chronic fatigue syndrome, asthma, allergies, irritable bowel syndrome, acid reflux, arteriosclerosis, eczema, gout, acne, dandruff, depression.

In combating the yeast infection , a good method is to use the enzymes, which works specifically to rebalanced the natural health of the body and get rid of yeast infection in a natural way. They are very useful in fighting the systemic yeast infection , re-balance the natural inner body and eliminate the toxins from the body and free radicals at the level of the cells.

The disease of systemic yeast infection are quite varied and even life threatening. Even if you take antibiotics against them , most of the time are ineffective, so the fungus are able to thrive and get over the body, and the more they spread, the more difficult to treat it is becoming, until some kind of action to stop it, it is taken.

One of the best treatment for systemic yeast infection is diflucan. You can get it once as a pill or use the cream several days. From the research on several women can have great effect in combating systemic yeast infection and rash.

The cheapest carisoprodol online
